License Info

Every image on Jiangs is sold under a single royalty-free commercial license — there are no separate license tiers to choose from. Subject to your compliance with this License Info and our Terms of Service, Jiangs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to download and use a purchased Image in personal and commercial projects, for as long as you remain in compliance with this License Info. This license does not include the right to compile, aggregate, or otherwise use Images from Jiangs to build or contribute to a similar or competing service, dataset, or archive, and does not include any right to use an Image, or its associated metadata, for machine learning or artificial intelligence training of any kind.

Each purchase includes one high-resolution JPEG file of the Image. File dimensions and resolution are shown on the individual image page before you buy. There are no additional file formats, sizes, or resolution tiers — the file you preview is the file you receive.

You may download a purchased Image up to 3 times within 7 days of purchase, after which the download link expires. If you need access to a file after your download window has closed, contact us at support@jiangsgallery.com and we will assist you.

Regardless of how you use a purchased Image, you may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share access to the Image file itself
• Remove watermarks, copyright notices, credits, or embedded metadata from an Image
• Use an Image in a pornographic, defamatory, hateful, or otherwise unlawful context, or in a way that promotes violence or discrimination
• Use an Image, in whole or in part, as a trademark, logo, or other source-identifying mark, or attempt to register it as such
• Falsely represent that you are the creator or copyright owner of an Image
• Sublicense your rights to an Image to any other person; the license is valid only for the purchasing account holder (or their employer or client, where purchased on that party’s behalf)
• Use watermarked preview images (shown before purchase) in any final, published, or distributed material

You are solely responsible for the context in which you use an Image, including any text, branding, or messaging you combine it with. Jiangs is not responsible for how a purchased Image is presented or used once delivered to you.

Jiangs warrants that an Image, used in its original, unaltered form and strictly within the scope of this license, does not infringe the copyright of any third party. This warranty does not extend to modified or combined versions of an Image, to any trademark, logo, or artwork that may incidentally appear within an Image, or to any person who may appear in an Image. Our photography is primarily landscape and street photography; where a person appears, they are generally not identifiable, and no model release is obtained or required. You are responsible for determining whether your intended use requires any additional clearance and for obtaining it. See our Terms of Service for the full terms of this warranty and the indemnification that accompanies it.

If you need a use that falls outside this License Info — for example, exclusive rights to an Image, or a use we haven’t anticipated — contact us at support@jiangsgallery.com to discuss a custom licensing arrangement.

We may discontinue licensing any Image at any time. If we become aware that an Image may be subject to a valid third-party claim, we may ask you to stop using that Image and delete your copies of it. Where reasonably possible, we will provide a comparable replacement Image at no additional cost.
